Maîtres vignerons de la presqu’île de Saint-Tropez – Gold – White wine is produced from Rolle, Clairette and Ugni Blanc. The grapes are selected from the best vineyards in the “Golden Triangle”, an exceptional terroir in the Côtes de Provence appellation, located between Cuers, Pierrefeu and Puget-Ville, at the foot of the Maures massif. The grapes are harvested early in the morning to take advantage of the freshness of the berries, then destemmed and cooled to 8°C. They are pressed directly with a light press to extract only the best must.
