Valérie from Figuière is a dry and aromatic white wine with hints of citrus, but also of nectarine, fresh almonds, sage and fresh mint. Ripe, fruity taste, perfect for an aperitif or a grilled fish!
La Figuière – Valérie – White wine fruity and made from Vermentino, Ugni-blanc, Clairette and Sémillon. The grapes are picked from their bunches, crushed easily, cooled and lightly pressed directly in a low-pressure press. Fermentation at low temperature in heat-regulating stainless steel vessels for 15 to 20 days at 17 ° C temperature. Storage is done on the lees, the wine is then filtered and bottled.
