Domaine Roux Père & Fils’ “Les Murelles” is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and the vinification is classic, using modern technology to a certain extent, especially with regard to the control of the temperature during the fermentation process. The finalized wine is aged in oak barrels for a year before being bottled.
