Domaine René Bouvier – Marsannay Le Finage – Red wine is an organic red wine made from 100% Pinot noir grown in 7 different “terroir” within the appellation Marsannay in northern Côte-de-Nuits. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are sorted. Wine production takes place according to the classic method for an average of 20 days. Some of the cuvées are stored on oak barrels before the finalized wine is put together.
