Saint-Romain from Domaine Germain père & fils is a white wine with aromatic hints of white flowers and nice minerality. To serve young for seafood or after a couple of years to a chicken stew!
The white Saint Romain from Domaine Germain is made from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine is prepared according to classical method. The finalized wine is then stored for 8-9 months on oak barrels (of which 1/3rd new barrels) on its lees and is regularly stirred (batonnage) for 4 months. The yield is 45 hl / ha and 18,000 bottles are produced per year.
