“Plaisir des sens” rosé is made from 40% Grenache and 60% Syrah grapes. After direct pressing, sedimentation (removal of coarser particles – “débourbage”) is carried out at 7° for 48 hours. Vinification is done at 18°. The wine is then stored in steel tanks for 4 months before bottling.
