1850 from Domaine Eric Gelly is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from selected 40-year-old vines grown in calcaereous soil. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the aromas. After the harvest, they are immediately separated from their bunches and are then pressed. The juice macerates for 7 days on its lies to obtain more fruitiness and fullbodiness.
