Les Leonides from the Domaine du Météore is produced by Grenache-, Syrah-, Mourvèdre-, Carignan- and Cinsault grapes. The wine is organically cultivated and the harvest is done by hand. The fermentation is carried out separately grape variety by grape variety. The finished wine is then stored in steel tanks in order to enhance the fruitiness and freshness of the palate.
