Domaine Derey – Burgundy Montre Cul – Red wine is made from Pinot noir grapes. from 45-year-old vines growing just outside Dijon in well-drained ochre and sandy soil that is easy to work. The estate covers just under 1 hectare of land. The grapes are harvested by hand with 20% whole bunches depending on the year’s ripeness. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, no new wood.
