Domaine Derey – Bourgogne Aligoté – Cuvée Albert – White wine made from 100% Aligoté grapes planted in 1953. The vines grow in clay and limestone soil near the Marsannay appellation. The vines were planted by Albert and Maurice, the two DEREY brothers, and this wine is a tribute to the brothers Albert and Maurice, who were in love with this grape variety and appreciated its true value when served with snails with parsley butter or with oysters, which evoke the iodine flavor of the vintage.
