Château Dalmeran is made from organically grown Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. The hand-harvested grapes, placed in crates, are vinified in an ergonomically designed cellar that prioritizes gravity flow. Fermentation takes place separately, for each grape variety. The wine is then aged according to 2 different aging methods – 50% in rectangular and oval concrete tanks and 50% aged in large oak barrels for one year.
