Ultimum from Chevalier Torpez is the winery’s exclusive flagship product; a long storage wine that offers the best of Provence. To pair with a tournedos with black truffles, a game meat or with a chocolate cake.
Ultimum from Chevalier Torpez is made from 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 25% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan. The very well-matured grapes from specially selected vines are macerated as much as possible. After the fermentation, storage on oak barrels for one year before bottleing.
