Château Plantier – Bordeaux supérieur is made from 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Winemaking is done according to traditional method
in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The grapes are cool macerated for
7-8 days. 2 pumpings of the bottom must to the top of the tank (remontage) a day, with a technique that extracts the maximum amount of flavors during a slow process. 6 months storage in steel tank.
