A lovely rosé with hints of strawberry and citrus fruits. The palate is full and round, but with nice freshness.
Château Margillière – Bastide – Rosé is produced from Grenache and Cinsault. The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are then tapped on their must without pressing (saignée). The must is then fermented in steel tanks at 17°C.
