Château Margillière – Bastide – Red wine is made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon och Grenache. The grapes are harvested by hand and lightly pressed. 12 days of fermentation and 20 days of maceration at 28°C. Aging in oak barrels (6 to 8 months).
