Château Lalande, spun off from Château Lagrange in 1964, is a Saint-Julien with a toasted fragrance of red berry jam. A juicy and fleshy flavor - serve to a lamb roast.  

Château Lalande is made from 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot. The harvest is done manually and mechanically. Cooling maceration for 48h before fermentation. Traditional vinification in temperature controlled concrete and steel tanks for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Then storage for 12 months on oak barrels, of which some are new depending on the vintage.
