Vita Bella is made from Ugni Blanc grapes from old vines together with Rolle grapes. The grapes are handpicked and the philosophy of the winery is to limit the production (40 hectoliter / hectare) and only select the best grapes for the vinification. The agriculture is currently in a transition to the status of organic farming.
