Château Chantegrive – Graves – Red
Château de Chantegrive is a stylish red wine with aromatic hints of blackberry, vanilla, roast and moka. To serve to an entrecote.
Château de Chantegrive is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. The harvest is done mechanically with sorting on vibrating tables. The grapes are cool macerated before the fermentation, then fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks for 3 to 4 weeks. The storage is done in French oak barrels, of which half are new, for 12 months. Every year, 200,000 bottles are produced.
