Château Cap de Mourlin – Saint Emilion Grand Cru is made from 65% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc. The grapes are harvested by hand and thinned with optical sorting. The grapes are first allowed to cool macerate. Classic vinification in steel tanks and then the wine is aged in 50% new and 50% already used barrels. The wine is aged for 15-18 months before being bottled.
