Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot “L’O de la vie” – Minervois – Red wine from the “Minervois” appellation in the Languedoc region. The wine is made from Syrah and Grenache grown over 2 hectares. It is mainly a young planting of Syrah grapes that are used and thrive on the clay-limestone slopes around the Rec del Vié (Stream of Life in Occitan). The grapes are handpicked, destemmed and vinified in the Burgundian style. The wine is aged 40% in oak barrels and the rest in steel tanks.
