Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot – “La Cinso” – Côtes du Brian – Red wine is made from 100% Cinsault grapes grown over 1.2 ha. The vines are almost 60 years old and grow in sandstone and marl. The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and vinified in Burgundian style. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
