R de Rieussec is a dry white wine, but produced by Château Rieussec, a 1er Cru classé in Sauternes. The wine is partly produced from the same grapes as the Sauternes wine. To pair with a spaghetti all vongole!
R de Rieussec 2015 is made from 62% Sémillon and 38% Sauvignon. The fermentation is made 20% in oak barrels. The technique gives the wine a good aging potential, while retaining as much as possible of the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes
