Presentation of the vineyard

The two brothers Alberto and Diego Cusumano took over the family estate from their father in 2001. Along with the enologist Mario Ronco, they began to cultivate wine with innovation and modernization but without for that sake forget the Sicilian history and wine tradition. The project has been very successful and has managed to charm a whole world of wine buffs with the Sicilian wine tradition. Today, Cusumano represents not less than 400 hectares of vineyards all over Sicily. 2 types of wines are produced; one single varietal range; Merlot, Nero d'Avola, Syrah ... and one more traditional and territorial range.

Sommelier's advice

A bright and clear yellow color. Aromas of peach, tangerine, acacia honey and dried white flowers. Buttery tones of vanilla from the oak barrels. The taste is dry, warm and soft with fresh elements and good balance. Nice length in the final. To accompany varied seafood or chicken dishes of various kinds.
