Presentation of the vineyard

Santadi started in 1960 when a number of wine growers together started a wine cooperative in southwestern Sulcis district of Sardinia. But it was only in the 70s with the help of the oenologist Giacomo Tachis, that the winemaking began for real. Today, Santadi has become a reference among Sardinian winemakers and the wines are exported worldwide.

Sommelier's advice

Light straw yellow color with greenish golden hues. A fresh scent with some minerality. A palate which confirms the scent impression but also with some fruity elements. Goes well with seafood, mushrooms or fish dishes.
