Poderi Colla - Barbaresco - Roncaglie - Red
Barbaresco Roncaglie is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and easily crushed. Fermentation with skin for 12-15 days at a maximum temperature of about 30 °. Completed malolactic fermentation before the end of winter. In the spring, the wine is put on slavonic oak barrels and stored for 12-14 months.

Presentation of the vineyard
Poderi Colla is run by the Colla family with documented winemaking history since 1703. In the 19th century, the new aperitivo beverage "vermouth" is produced, but the Collas don't give up the traditional wine production in Castiglione Tinella. During the 1900s, the Colla family focuses on sparkling wine made with classical method. Pietro Colla sells sparkling wine both in Italy and abroad. The company Poderi Colla was first created in 1994 by Tino Colla after gaining several experiences abroad and in Italy and after working with his brother Beppe at the Prunotto wine house.
Pomegranate color. Complex aromas of blackberries, spices, undergrowth, wild roses and violets. Roncaglie is a classic Barbaresco with elegance. Full-bodied, enveloping and intense on the palate. Its own personality with a very long final and present tannins. Great storage potential. A good wine for the whole meal to pair with red meat, preferably wild game.
