Presentation of the vineyard

Xavier & Thierry Amirault is based in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil in the  Loire wine district. The property was built in 1800, but at that time to represent the village town hall and school. It was only 100 years later that the great grandfather Octave Amirault started the winery that has been part of the Amirault family ever since. The wines are organically grown and the winery's philosophy is to respect the environment and let nature laws govern the vineyard.

Sommelier's advice

Xavier & Thierry Amirault "Les Quarterons" has a bright yellow color with golden tints. Elegant small bubbles. Aromas of roses, citrus fruits and hints of honey. A good sparkling wine from the Loire valley which is suitable for aperitif or to drink to accompany a cold buffet.
