Presentation of the vineyard
Michel Rosier is originally from Champagne which is not a disadvantage when you produce sparkling wine. In a sense you could say that Michel made it back to its origin since the wines of Limoux are namely the world's oldest sparkling wine and the legend says that it was here that Dom Perignon, at his time discovered the sparkling wine. He then brought the technology for the production up to Champagne. The rest of the story we know ... Michel Rosiers wines are probably the highest quality wines of the appellation and they are regularly awarded in several wineguides. The agriculture is conducted without chemical pesticides.
Beautiful rosé color with copper hues. Small fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers. A dry but fruity, well-balanced flavor. Be served at 6 ° to the aperitif, to fish, seafood or to a full meal.
