Presentation of the vineyard

Domaine la Croix Belle is a family vineyard since 200 years, located in the small village of Puissalicon 10-15 km north of the town of Béziers. Today it's Jacques et Françoise Boyer who own and control  the winery. Already in 1977, they made the decision not only to take over in the footsteps of the ancestors, but also to focus on quality. This meant planting of new grape varieties and vines, improvement and development of the ancestral cultivation technology, and a significantly lower extract from the press. A larger and improved wine cellar was also included in the novelties.

Sommelier's advice

Dark and brilliant color with purple hues. An intense aroma of licorice, coffee and a spicy touch of mocha. The palate is harmonious with soft tannins and develops fresh aromas of black berries with menthol touch. To pair with various dishes such as meats, grilled meats or meats in the sauce,
game or to spicy dishes.
