Presentation of the vineyard

The Deutz wine house was created in Aÿ, back in 1838 by two wine merchants named William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, both originating from Aachen in Germany. Together they purchased land and became vintners. Mixing technical knowledge, focus on export and ambition, they managed to create a quality reputation abroad long before the beginning of the 1900s. The vineyard is located in Aÿ and to some extent in the notorious "Côte des Blancs".

Sommelier's advice

An intense light salmon pink shiny color. Small elegant bubbles. The nose reminds of red berries, changing into light spicy tones. The palate is aromatic with a perfect structure. Mainly fruity hints of red berries, a long aftertaste. To serve as an aperitif or to pair with smoked salmon or smoked ham.
