Sommelier's advice

A shiny straw yellow color with copper colored hues. The fine and persistent foam forms a creamy string in the glass. The nose is mineral with citrus aromas. Lightly iodine aromas emerge as well as tones of freshly baked bread. Some aromatic presence of raisins and macadamia nuts. The palate is fresh and the composite structure of the wine reveals a certain pleasant bitterness. The fruit flavor is present, mainly pears and quince. The final is long intense, complex and refined. To pair with oysters and other seafood or with fried scallops with lime.
