Sommelier's advice

Beautiful straw yellow color with golden hues. Intense aromas, full of freshness (citrus fruits) and minerality (flint) in symbiosis with the aroma of ripe fruit. A very long fruity taste with a minerality that brings liveliness. To serve today and the next 2-3 years to seafood and fish dishes.
