Presentation of the vineyard
Clos Floridène is located in Pujols sur Ciron - in the Graves appellation. The vineyard was gradually created in 1982, when Denis and Florence Dubourdieu, little by little, bought land in the best areas of the appellation. The name Floridène is a mixture of the first names Florence and Denis. Denis has a past as a professor of oenology at the University of Bordeaux.
A lively and intense red color. The nose has aromatic elements of black currants, strawberries and some notes of mint, licorice and smoke. The palate is fruity
with powerfulbut silky tannins which gives a sense of freshness. To pair with a T-bone steak.
