Presentation of the vineyard

Château Tarreyrots is a winery that covers about 15 hectares of vineyards planted in chalky limestone. Merlot is the most important grape variety, but also Cabernet Sauvignon is planted. Château Tarreyrots has a beautiful building with slate roofs and a view of a small valley to the south. Today, Château Tarreyrots is owned by Alain Vironneau, who is also the owner of Château Majureau Sercillan. Everything is done in the traditional way, with a knowledge and passion for what they do.

Sommelier's advice

An intense pomegranate color. An elegant nose of mature black berries, but also with toasted menthol touches. The palate has the same aromas and the structure is perfectly balanced with well-softened tannins and a nice freshness in the final. Perfectly stored, to be enjoyed within the coming 2 years.
