Presentation of the vineyard

Château David Beaulieu's history is basically linked to the Jalousie Beaulieu vineyard. In 1999, the property was taken over by Philippe Person, son of Marie-Hélène Duporge who created Vignobles Jalousie Beaulieu. After several acquisitions, the Person family now operates 160 hectares of land. In 2016, Pierre Person joins this family adventure and represents the sixth generation. Château David Beaulieu is located in the municipality of Galgon, near Villegouge, and extends to the hills of Fronsac. The soils are mainly clay limestone.

Sommelier's advice

Château David Beaulieu is a Bordeaux Supérieur with an elegant nose, mainly from red berries, slightly spicy. The palate has a full-bodied, slightly fleshy texture and fine tannins. To serve for wintry dishes.
