Presentation of the vineyard
Château Belle-Vue is situated next to the Château Giscours (Grand Cru Classé Margaux) and is known since the late 19th century. Until 1995, the propertywas part of Château de Gironville and the wines were sold under its name. Since then, the property has gained its own life with renovation and modernization as a result. The businessman Vincent Mulliez buys the property in 2004, but dies in 2010. Today it is his family who has taken over and runs the property. From the beginning of 1996, a new way of working began, with selection of grape varieties, new cultivation methods and development of the qualitative potential during the production of the wine and its storage.
Château Belle-Vue is a red wine that manages to strike a balance between the aromas of dark berries, spices, toasted aromas, vanilla and coffee. The palate has a rich, "fat" consistency in a wide structure. The tannins are powerful, but well rounded. A red wine to pair with squares of veal with ceps.
